Wind breaks serve two purposes. One is to block the wind and the other is to support the pot or pan.

I find when hiking I strive to reduce any excess weight. I even carve my own utensils, like fork and spoon rather than pack them in. So it may be no surprise that I don't carry a wind break. I build them on site. There's always plenty of material around and it only takes a couple of minutes. Here are a few pictures of windbreaks I've used (click for larger image)
